Bringing Daffodils to Helen

In a collaboration to bring Helen’s horticultural legacy to a larger audience, Crown Hill Arboretum is working with the Indiana Daffodil Society, and with the support of the Indianapolis Garden Club, to source and plant Helen’s introductions and other heirloom varieties in a new seasonal feature garden on the south side of the cemetery. Located near the Persephone Statue near the 38th Street Subway, this garden will be flush with daffodils in the Spring and then convert into a native pollinator supporting garden for the remainder of the seasons.
