Sedges have more than Edges: The Incredible Life of These Grass-Like Plants

Sedges belong to a plant family distinct from grasses, and a key identifying feature is their triangular stems, often remembered by the phrase “sedges have edges.”  Botanist and ecologist Nathanael Pilla will demonstrate how they are more than just their edges.
