Stories and Songs- Music in the Gothic Chapel with Tom Davis

In addition to being a Crown Hill guide for 30 years, Tom Davis has been playing guitar and writing songs for the past 60 years. These days he mostly composes instrumentals using various alternate tunings. Join him in his “living room,” inside the Gothic Chapel, as he plays a few of those and a few unlikely cover tunes on guitar and other instruments. He’ll share the stories behind the songs, talk about some of the highlights of his years at Crown Hill, and answer audience questions. He hopes you’ll be inspired to make music in your living room after you leave.

“Over the years we’ve all gotten a little too technical, a little too hung up on getting things perfect, and we’ve lost the living room.” Emmy Lou Harris.  This concert seeks to make a musical living room in the Gothic Chapel.
