SOLD OUT!!! "Music of the Night" Concerts

All Music of the Night Concerts and Tours are SOLD OUT! You MUST have a ticket, purchased in advance, to get into the gate! THANK YOU to everyone who purchased tickets and supported the Crown Hill Heritage Foundation! Please check back for our 2012 concert dates! 

Back by popular demand! FOUR concerts held on three nights in 2011 - Oct. 21, 22 & 29! 

Brought to you by the Crown Hill Funeral Home and Heritage Foundation, our "Music of the Night"concerts are something you won't want to miss! Held in Crown Hill's beautiful and historic Gothic Chapel (1875), these concerts feature professional organist Charles Manning as "The Phantom," along with awesome "Phantom Vocalists," Brooke Fitzwater and Eric Wickens (all pictured below). They will perform music from the famous "Phantom of the Opera," as well as many familiar TV & movie themes that are sure to please. Mr. Manning and the "Phantom Vocalists" will fill the evening with their wonderful musical gifts as well as humor and drama, followed by ghoulish refreshments!

And if that's not enough wonderful entertainment for the evening, also included in the ticket price is our ever-popular "Skeletons in the Closet, Part I" guided walking tour conducted by one of Crown Hill's expert tour guides, Tom Davis. On this tour we'll visit many graves and learn the secrets that some had thought they'd carried to their grave. (Please note that this is not a creepy tour about ghosts, just interesting facts.) The tour will last about an hour and will progress at a comfortable pace. (Walking up the steep hill to the top of Crown Hill is optional.)

The four concerts will be held on three nights in the historic Gothic Chapel: at 8:00 pm on Friday & Saturday, October 21 & 22, and TWO shows on Saturday, October 29 will be held at 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm! Following the concerts refreshments will be served, and the guided walking tour will begin at approximately 9:15 pm and will last about an hour. The second tour on Oct. 29 will take place at approximately 12:15 am and will also last about an hour. The tours will depart outside in front of the chapel. Flashlights are recommended, along with good walking shoes. Please dress warmly; our tour takes us to the top of the Crown in the dark and it's often chilly and windy in the late fall.

2011 is the 5th year we've offered "Music of the Night" concerts and the past four years we've sold out, so you're encouraged to buy your tickets well in advance. Seating is very limited. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for youth 12 and under.
